The McMurray Middle School Robotics team had an amazing showing at the regional qualifiers in Tacoma on December 14, 2025.

The two Vashon-based groups (the Robotics team also has students from FamilyLink and The Harbor School) earned the top six scores against 26 other teams. They’ll advance to the state semifinals, which will be held on either January 17-18 or 24-25. It was a fantastic result for our students who have dedicated six-to-eight hours every Saturday since September. Their hard work and dedication clearly showed in their winning performance!
